Girls With Goals believes that all young females should have equal opportunities as they grow up to be strong women. While we advocate for the message that empowered women should uplift other women, we think it's even more imperative that empowered women empower female youth.
If you are a young girl interested in starting lacrosse, an older girl thinking about playing at the collegiate level, or a parent of either, we encourage you to explore this website and see what opportunities await.
While our main mission is focused on getting more female involvement in lacrosse, we also advocate for more boys playing the sport!
12/27/19 - Thank you to all the participants who attended the first (of many) free lacrosse clinic! Thanks to the Boys & Girls Club for hosting the clinic and making it possible.
1/25/20 - Had a blast with these strong girls from YWCA's Girls Inc a couple Saturdays in January!
We hope to get them playing some more- they were total naturals at the sport and full of giggles:)
2/15/20 - Awesome to go watch the SU vs Albany women's lacrosse game at the Dome. We brought the girls from Girls Inc and they got some posters and signatures with the cool college players.
